MYCON is a general contractor serving clients across industrial, retail, multifamily, self-storage, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, religious, automation, and mission-critical construction sectors.

3. No Client, Contractor, Employment, Vendor, or Subcontractor Relationship Created

Use of the Website, submission of a form, receipt of Website content, or communication with MYCON through the Website does not create a client-contractor relationship, employment relationship, subcontractor relationship, vendor relationship, partnership, joint venture, fiduciary relationship, or other professional relationship with MYCON.

Project work, employment, subcontractor onboarding, vendor approval, pricing, proposals, schedules, and other obligations require separate review and, where applicable, a written agreement signed by authorized MYCON representatives.

Do not submit W-9s, insurance certificates, licenses, banking information, tax documents, confidential bid materials, proprietary pricing, or other sensitive business information through a general Website form unless MYCON has provided an approved secure submission method.
