MYCON continues its longstanding partnership with U-Haul through the successful delivery of U-Haul of McKinney, a ground-up self-storage development located in McKinney, Texas. This project consisted of the construction of two new buildings totaling 151,420 square feet, designed to support and expand U-Haul’s operational footprint in the market.

MYCON provided comprehensive services throughout every phase of the project, including preconstruction planning, schedule management, project management, on-site construction oversight, and final delivery. Leveraging extensive experience in self-storage construction, MYCON ensured the project was executed efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency across both structures.

The development includes a four-story self-storage facility alongside a single-story warehouse building dedicated to U-Box operations, each tailored to meet U-Haul’s functional needs. Through close collaboration with U-Haul, MYCON successfully delivered both buildings in alignment with schedule and budget expectations.
