Located at the southwest corner of Eldorado Parkway and Coit Road in Frisco, Texas, Lexington Village is a multi-faceted development aimed at meeting the community’s retail needs while enhancing outdoor recreation opportunities. Anchored by a Tom Thumb grocery store, this project encompasses a wide range of construction elements, including grading, utilities, traffic enhancements, freestanding retail shell buildings, and a substantial focus on outdoor recreational areas. MYCON’s scope of work involved intricate grading and utility installations to prepare the site for construction, ensuring the efficient functioning of the retail center. Aesthetic masonry screen walls were constructed to define spaces and provide an attractive facade for the development.
