MYCON completed construction of Mesquite 80 Logistics Center, a premier industrial development in Mesquite, Texas, for Cavalry Real Estate Partners. Situated on a 16.16-acre site, the project delivers a 203,488-square-foot Class A rear-load facility designed to support modern distribution, logistics, and manufacturing operations.
The facility includes 3,048 square feet of finished office space and is constructed with a 6-inch reinforced concrete slab to accommodate heavy industrial loads.
Designed for high-volume logistics performance, the property features 33 dock-high doors, including 17 fully equipped dock packages, along with two drive-in doors for additional access. A 185-foot truck court supports efficient trailer maneuverability, complemented by 50 trailer parking stalls with expansion capability and ample auto parking with room for future growth.
