MYCON partnered with BJ’s Wholesale Club to deliver a new retail location in Grand Prairie, Texas, supporting the company’s continued growth across the Texas market. The 106,844-square-foot wholesale club provides a membership-based retail destination designed to serve the needs of the surrounding community.
In addition to the main retail facility, the project also included the construction of a full gas station, further expanding the convenience and service offerings available to BJ’s members.
From preconstruction through final delivery, MYCON played an active role in bringing the project to life, providing planning, coordination, and on-site construction management throughout each phase.
