Preconstruction.

At MYCON, we don’t just handle projects from start to finish — we get involved in the planning process as well, envisioning the best way to approach a project. We partner with clients from conception to completion to provide industry expertise, identify risks and objectives, make strategic assessments, and provide project recommendations before the real work begins.

Construction Management.

We’re your trusted partner when it comes to quality construction. Our responsive service and commitment to excellence are apparent on the worksite, where we provide constant supervision, enforce important safety standards, and provide regular check-ins to show progress. Count on our talented team of experts to guide your project to completion and bring your vision to life

Program Management.

Construction projects are complex, and managing them can be incredibly time-consuming. Goals are often moving targets, and when multiple objectives are set, reaching them can be challenging. That’s why MYCON provides excellent program management services on everything from single construction projects to multiple project programs on multiple sites.

As the program manager, we partner with our clients to coordinate the planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the project. This helps us control costs, maintain scope, increase efficiency, and reach project objectives.

MYCON was chosen to partner with Walmart on a capital improvement and construction acceleration program. We oversaw the project from start to finish, providing program management services including preconstruction, budgeting, construction, and beyond. This enabled us to reduce costs and time for the client and enabled project teams to benefit from and share best practices on different projects.

Special Projects.

Not all construction projects fall into preset parameters or categories. That’s why our Special Projects Group was created – to give your unique project special attention. We provide turnkey solutions on special projects ranging from $100,000 to $5 million in size, focusing on flexibility, efficiency, organization, cost, sensitivity, and personalized service.

Sustainability.

As a member of the United States Green Building Council, MYCON is dedicated to creating a sustainable infrastructure for the world of tomorrow. We’re leading the charge in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design® (LEED) construction by hiring LEED-accredited professionals and taking on projects requiring sustainable design and LEED Certification levels.

Eighty percent of our project management and estimating staff is LEED-accredited, and we’ve completed numerous commercial projects requiring Silver, Gold, and Platinum LEED Certification levels. Our team is packed with experts who provide valuable knowledge and resources, including early cost comparison, green material selection, construction, LEED certification, and more. Trust our expertise and watch your project make a positive impact on the environment we all share. Contact us for pricing and consultation services on LEED projects.

Technology.

Cutting edge technology is changing the world of architecture, construction, and engineering, and we’re at the forefront of that evolution. We use technology as a problem-solving tool to save time and money and to build a better product.

We utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) to virtually simulate your project before construction begins, increasing visibility and creating time and cost efficiencies. BIM technology creates virtual models, allowing the team and project stakeholders to collaborate easily, share information, and identify possible design challenges.

Design-Build.

We consider design-build to be a streamlined approach to construction. A team, working together from start to finish in open communication and collaboration to deliver results that would otherwise be unachievable. When owners, architects, and builders sit together at the same table, great ideas are born. Creative solutions take hold, resulting in minimized costs, accelerated schedules, and overall project efficiency.
