Formerly Director of Operations, Bauer will assume expanded leadership responsibilities focused on strengthening operational performance, developing high-performing teams, and supporting the company’s continued growth.

Throughout his tenure at MYCON, Bauer has demonstrated a strong commitment to operational excellence, jobsite safety, and the development of field personnel. His hands-on leadership approach and extensive construction experience have been instrumental in strengthening MYCON’s field operations, fostering accountability, and ensuring consistent project execution across the organization.
