Broken Arrow, Oklahoma – July 22, 2026 – MYCON General Contractors, Inc. proudly celebrated the groundbreaking of Villages at Rose Hill, a transformative $58.8 million multifamily community in Broken Arrow that will expand access to community-based housing while creating a more inclusive future for residents across the Tulsa region.

Developed through a partnership between Gatesway Foundation, Beacon, and SOCAYR, the 180-unit apartment community will be constructed by MYCON on Gatesway’s 41.2-acre campus. The development represents a significant investment in housing, with approximately 20 to 30 percent of the apartments reserved for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), Autism, Down Syndrome, or other qualifying low-income residents. The remaining residences will provide much-needed workforce housing for teachers, healthcare professionals, first responders, and other members of the Broken Arrow community.

The project reflects Gatesway’s long-term vision of creating an integrated community where neurodiverse and neurotypical individuals can live, connect, and thrive together while helping address the growing demand for quality affordable housing throughout the region.

“As someone who has spent my entire career building multifamily communities, it’s incredibly rewarding to be part of a project that will have such a meaningful impact on people’s lives,” said Tad Sellman, Vice President of Multifamily at MYCON. “Villages at Rose Hill is more than just a housing development; it’s a community intentionally designed to foster independence, connection, and opportunity. We are honored to serve as the general contractor and look forward to delivering a place that will positively impact Broken Arrow for generations to come.”

Construction began June 2026, with completion anticipated in 2028.

For MYCON, the project further expands the company’s growing multifamily portfolio across the country and reinforces its commitment to building communities that create lasting value.

“Projects like Villages at Rose Hill are only possible through strong partnerships built on trust and a shared vision,” said Jacob Wadlington, Vice President of Business Development at MYCON. “We are sincerely grateful to Beacon, SOCAYR, and Gatesway Foundation for the opportunity to be part of this exciting development. Their commitment to creating meaningful housing solutions aligns perfectly with MYCON’s passion for building projects that strengthen communities, and we are proud to partner alongside them.”

Beyond the residential development, Gatesway Foundation plans to continue transforming its campus through future mixed-use development across approximately 25 acres, creating additional opportunities for housing, services, retail, and community gathering spaces that further its mission of inclusion and independence.

Villages at Rose Hill exemplifies MYCON’s commitment to delivering high-quality multifamily developments that serve communities while building lasting partnerships with clients who are making a meaningful difference.
