MYCON Celebrates Groundbreaking of Airpark East Phase II in Nashville, TN

Nashville, Tennessee – June 17, 2026 – MYCON General Contractors Inc., in partnership with Hamilton Creek Partners, is proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of Airpark East Phase II, a 318,250-square-foot Class A industrial facility located within the growing Airpark Commerce Center development in Nashville, Tennessee.

Project partners, industry stakeholders, and subcontractors gathered on June 17 to commemorate the milestone and mark the beginning of the next phase of development within one of Middle Tennessee’s premier industrial parks. Building on the success of Airpark PH I, the 204,500-square-foot logistics center previously completed by MYCON, Airpark East Phase II will help meet the continued demand for high-quality distribution and logistics space in one of the Southeast’s fastest-growing industrial markets.

Strategically located near Nashville International Airport and major transportation corridors, the facility is designed to support the region’s continued economic growth by providing modern industrial space for distribution, logistics, and light manufacturing users.
