His communication is direct and effective. His expectations are clear. His follow-through is unmatched. Mike creates an environment where people feel trusted, supported, and pushed to grow—showing what true collaboration looks like in action.

Whether overseeing multimillion-dollar work or mentoring a team member one-on-one, Mike brings the same level of care, precision, and commitment.
