Dallas, Texas, April 25, 2024 – Dallas-based MYCON General Contractors, Inc. (MYCON) welcomed Pierre Ifill as Controller. Ifill will oversee the accounting and finance department and provide financial oversight across the company’s internal policies and procedures.
“Pierre’s leadership capabilities and extensive financial background make him an excellent addition to our team,” said Malynda Dickinson, Partner and CFO of MYCON. “His guidance will enforce our continued strategic approach in all aspects of our business and help streamline MYCON’s financial growth.”
As Controller for MYCON, Ifill will provide financial analysis and strategic guidance on project performance, cost reduction opportunities, and potential risks.

Ifill is a seasoned leader, bringing over 12 years of construction accounting and finance experience to MYCON. He earned his Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management and his Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance from Wilberforce University.
