Description

MYCON completed Haslet Crossing, a three-building industrial logistics park in Haslet, Texas, for Stream Realty Partners. Delivered as a ground-up, tilt-wall development, the project totals over 497,000 square feet and was designed to meet the growing demand for high-performance industrial space in the North Texas market.

The development includes three Class A facilities measuring 83,588 square feet, 92,451 square feet, and 321,724 square feet. The two smaller buildings feature 32-foot clear heights, while the largest building offers an impressive 36-foot clear height, providing flexibility for distribution, logistics, and manufacturing users. Efficient column spacing, durable construction, and a modern tilt-wall design ensure long-term performance and tenant adaptability.

Haslet Crossing is equipped with 106 dock doors, multiple drive-in doors, and a 185-foot truck court to support seamless trailer maneuverability and high-volume operations. The site also includes 61 trailer parking spaces and 189 auto parking spaces, allowing for scalable operations and future tenant growth. An ESFR sprinkler system provides modern fire protection standards suitable for a wide range of industrial uses.

Through disciplined coordination and execution, MYCON delivered a logistics park built for efficiency, durability, and long-term value in one of the region’s most active industrial corridors.

Conclusion

The completion of Haslet Crossing strengthens MYCON’s expanding industrial portfolio and reinforces its partnership with Stream Realty Partners in delivering high-quality logistics developments across Texas. This project reflects MYCON’s ability to execute large-scale, multi-building industrial projects that support market growth and provide flexible solutions for today’s distribution and manufacturing users.
