Description

MYCON continues to showcase its expertise in self-storage construction through a strong partnership with North America’s largest do-it-yourself moving and self-storage operator, U-Haul. This project involves the full site development of a 7.9-acre parcel in Princeton, Texas, where MYCON delivered a three-building, 168,400-square-foot self-storage facility.

Leveraging our extensive experience in the self-storage sector, MYCON played a key role in all phases of the project—from pre-construction and planning to schedule coordination, project and construction management, and final delivery. Our team collaborated closely with U-Haul to bring the vision to life with precision and efficiency.

The development includes a four-story, 130,000-square-foot structural steel and light-gauge framed self-storage facility; a 30,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal U-Box warehouse; and 8,400 square feet of single-story, tilt-wall drive-up storage units.
