As part of their growth strategy and commitment to serving their clients effectively, WRG decided to invest in a new, state-of-the-art facility to consolidate their showroom and distribution operations.They chose MYCON to lead this initiative. 

Warehouse Space (50,000 SF):

• Functional Design: The warehouse was designed to optimize storage, inventory management, and distribution processes.
• Advanced Systems: Installation of advanced shelving, racking systems, and material handling equipment to enhance operational efficiency.
• Flexibility: Configurable space to accommodate varying inventory requirements and future growth.

Office Space (20,000 SF):

• Modern Design: The office space features a contemporary design, reflecting WRG’s brand identity and culture.
• Collaborative Areas: Creation of collaborative workspaces, meeting rooms, and private offices to support diverse work styles and facilitate teamwork.
• Amenities: Incorporation of employee amenities such as break rooms, restrooms, and lounge areas to enhance comfort and productivity.

Showroom:

• Showcase Space: A dedicated showroom area was developed to showcase WRG’s extensive range of furniture solutions, providing clients and visitors with an immersive experience.
• Interactive Displays: Integration of interactive displays and technology to allow clients to visualize and customize workspace solutions.

Designing and constructing a facility tailored to WRG’s specific operational requirements and brand image.
