Located at the southeast corner of US-380 and Custer Road, this ground-up, multi-building development represents a key addition to one of McKinney’s fastest-growing mixed-use districts.
Spanning more than 120,000 square feet, the retail center features a collection of high-quality, open-air buildings designed to accommodate a variety of shopping, dining, and service tenants. MYCON served as the general contractor, overseeing all phases of construction from site development and structural work to coordination with multiple tenants and design partners.
