MYCON continues its partnership with U-Haul with the delivery of U-Haul of Haltom City, a ground-up self-storage development located in Haltom City, Texas. The project included the construction of three buildings totaling 126,344 square feet, designed to expand U-Haul’s storage and operational capabilities at the site.

MYCON was fully engaged throughout all phases of the project, providing comprehensive services including preconstruction planning, schedule management, project management, on-site construction oversight, and final delivery. Drawing on extensive experience in self-storage construction, MYCON executed the project with a focus on quality, efficiency, and coordination across multiple building types.

The development features a three-story self-storage facility, a single-story warehouse building dedicated to U-Box operations, and outdoor, garage-style storage units to support a range of customer storage needs. Through close collaboration with U-Haul, MYCON successfully delivered the project in alignment with schedule and budget expectations.
