U-Haul Moving & Storage of Gentilly
Project Details
Description
In a significant milestone for MYCON, the company proudly embarked on its collaboration with U-Haul in Louisiana. The project involved the construction of a state-of-the-art self-storage four-story building spanning 73,300 square feet, complemented by a 16,850-square-foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) U-Box facility. The 73,300-square-foot self-storage building is designed to meet the growing demand for secure and accessible storage solutions. The facility’s four stories maximize vertical space utilization while adhering to the highest construction and safety standards. MYCON’s commitment to quality and precision is evident in the building’s design and construction.
Complementing the self-storage building is a 16,850-square-foot PEMB U-Box facility. Engineered with efficiency in mind, the Pre-Engineered Metal Building ensures a quick and streamlined construction process, meeting U-Haul’s specific requirements for its storage solutions.
The project presented unique challenges, particularly in accommodating the diverse needs of U-Haul’s storage offerings. The challenge lay in seamlessly integrating a four-story self-storage building with a PEMB UBox facility while maintaining functionality and aesthetic appeal. The collaboration reflects not only the successful execution of a construction project but also the establishment of a lasting client relationship. MYCON’s dedication to client satisfaction is evident in the open lines of communication and proactive problem-solving approach adopted throughout the project.
