Located at the southwest corner of Eldorado Parkway and Coit Road in Frisco, Texas, Lexington Village is a multi-faceted development aimed at meeting the community’s retail needs while enhancing outdoor recreation opportunities. Anchored by a Tom Thumb grocery store, this project encompasses a wide range of construction elements, including grading, utilities, traffic enhancements, freestanding retail shell buildings, and a substantial focus on outdoor recreational areas.
