Project Details
Description
MYCON partnered with client InLight Real Estate Partners, LLC (IREP) to build a cutting-edge distribution center, Sub-Zero Wintergreen. The 177,320-square-foot Class A distribution center is tailored to the needs of luxury appliance manufacturer Sub-Zero Group, Inc.
Located on a 33-acre site in Hutchins, Texas, the facility features a rear-load configuration with 25 docks, a 36-foot clear height, office spaces, a training center, and a trucker lounge, all designed to optimize logistics, storage, and distribution operations while allowing for future expansion.
The project involved strategic site selection, advanced construction techniques, and a focus on flexibility and scalability to support Sub-Zero’s operational growth. MYCON effectively navigated the complexities of the design-build process, delivering a facility that combines functionality, efficiency, and architectural quality. The project highlights MYCON’s commitment to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to create forward-thinking solutions that align with clients’ visions.
