MYCON Promotes Tom Highsmith to General Superintendent

Phoenix, AZ – January 9, 2026 — MYCON General Contractors, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Tom Highsmith to General Superintendent for its Phoenix, Arizona operations. In this expanded leadership role, Tom will oversee project execution across the region, driving operational excellence, team collaboration, and delivery of high-quality construction outcomes for MYCON clients.

Tom brings more than 20 years of industry experience to his new role, having demonstrated a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction throughout his tenure. Prior to this promotion, he served as Regional Superintendent for MYCON’s Greater Phoenix Area, where he was recognized for his leadership on complex projects, his hands-on approach, and his ability to mentor and inspire field teams.
