This year’s MYCON Manager of the Year is Pierre Ifill.

Pierre has created an immense impact not only for our accounting team, but company-wide. Pierre’s personable demeanor was felt on his first day and has never wavered. From his tonality in communicating, to his trust in letting the team tread their own path.

Not only has Pierre improved the environment within the finance department, but he also encouraged improved communication amongst departments company-wide. Due to his leadership, MYCON has seen new innovations and  streamlined processes.

Since Pierre joined the team at MYCON, he has been a trusted leader and partner. He takes the time to explain complex processes, answers questions, and is always willing to help.

Pierre listens, teaches, and encourages his team with grace and understanding. We are thrilled MYCONIANs have felt this impact and voted him MYCON Manager of the Year.
