This ground-up development introduces a full-scale IKEA destination designed to serve the growing communities east of Dallas with a modern, accessible retail experience.

Constructed from the ground up, the project includes a complete retail environment featuring IKEA’s signature showroom layouts, marketplace areas, and self-serve warehouse components. The building was designed to align with IKEA’s global standards, incorporating large-format structural elements, specialized systems, and a highly coordinated layout to support both customer experience and operational efficiency.

The scope required detailed coordination across all trades to deliver the building’s structural systems, exterior envelope, and interior buildout, along with the integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems tailored to the store’s operational needs.
