Dallas, TX — January 7, 2026 — MYCON General Contractors, Inc. is proud to announce the promotion of Mike Beal from Project Director to Project Executive. This well-deserved advancement recognizes Beal’s more than 11 years of dedicated service, operational leadership, and lasting impact on MYCON’s industrial and manufacturing portfolio.

Beal began his career at MYCON as an Assistant Superintendent and has progressed through nearly every major operations role within the company. This hands-on path has given him a deep, practical understanding of field execution, team dynamics, and the discipline required to consistently deliver for clients.

In his new role as Project Executive, Beal will continue to provide strategic leadership across complex industrial and manufacturing projects, guiding teams from preconstruction through closeout. His approach emphasizes strong early planning, efficient team building, and disciplined execution to ensure projects meet MYCON’s high standards for quality, schedule, and budget.

“Mike’s career is a great example of what’s possible at MYCON,” said Ryan Stoll, Partner and President at MYCON. “He leads with integrity, clarity, and accountability, and he’s earned the trust of both his teams and our clients. His promotion reflects not only his experience, but the respect he’s built across the organization.”

Throughout his tenure, Beal has played a key role in delivering many of MYCON’s large-scale and landmark projects, leading teams that transform complex developments from concept to completion. His ability to align field operations with strategic goals has made him a trusted leader within the company and a valued partner to clients.

“I’ve spent more than a decade growing my career at MYCON, learning every phase of the construction process along the way,” said Beal. “That experience shapes how I lead today — focused on comprehensive planning, building strong teams, and delivering the results our clients expect. I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with MYCON in this next role.”

Mike Beal’s promotion reinforces MYCON’s commitment to developing leaders from within and recognizing individuals who embody the company’s values and dedication to excellence.
