MYCON University
Since 2017, MYCON University, known as MYCON U, has offered training focused on operational roles. In 2022 MYCON U began providing in-person and virtual learning for all MYCONIANs to share, learn, grow, and advance their careers at MYCON. We are committed to supplying the resources necessary to turn a great job into a fantastic career.
MYCON is committed to developing team members for their roles today while preparing them for the positions they will hold in the future. MYCON U supports global learning through digital and in-person offerings to enhance this commitment.
With an increased focus on creating an even better employee experience and higher engagement, MYCON U brings together all training and development programs across MYCON to create one of the most significant learning ecosystems in our industry.

Focuses on monthly learning concepts targeting personal development and position knowledge.
MYCON MYJOURNEY and MYCONJAMs learning sessions are accessible (virtual and in-person) to all MYCONIANs on the fourth Wednesday of each month. These learning sessions are based on cross-pollinating knowledge, so it is imperative that you take advantage of these opportunities. Jam-packed advanced microsession (short) training that provides an environment to learn concepts applicable at all company levels.

A 12-month leadership development program designed to educate, develop, grow, and empower individual leadership capabilities.
Designed to support on-the-job training, focusing on the hard skills needed to excel in our field/office operational roles.
MYCON U has partnered with the Dallas College Construction Education Foundation to provide a hands-on 12-month training program enhancing skills through the application of knowledge. Training sessions take place one Friday per month for eight hours.
Designed to help individuals grow into effective managers who can drive team performance and contribute to the organization’s long-term success. Aimed to equip managers with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to effectively lead and manage teams within the organization. The program entails a curriculum tailored to MYCON’s culture, goals, and industry. Built on leadership skills, team effectiveness, employment laws, and communication styles. The training method combines coaching, lectures, case studies, and role-playing.
