MYCON, a renowned construction company, successfully completed the construction of the Parc Northeast, an urban industrial business park situated on the east side of Telecom Parkway, between Breckinridge Boulevard and Research Drive, in Richardson, Texas. This ambitious project transformed a previously undeveloped 38.39-acre tract of land into a vibrant and strategically designed business park. Parc Northeast comprises four office/warehouse buildings with a total floor area of 434,640 SF. Each of these speculative buildings ranges in size from approximately 90,000 SF to 140,000 SF.
