MYCON Breaks Ground on Mesquite 80 Logistics Center in Mesquite, Texas

Mesquite, Texas – February 26, 2025 – Dallas-based MYCON General Contractors, Inc. (MYCON) has officially broken ground on Mesquite 80 Logistics Center, a 203,488-square-foot industrial warehouse located in Mesquite, Texas. In collaboration with Cavalry Real Estate Partners and a real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital, MYCON is leading the construction of this state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the growing demand for modern industrial space in the region.

“We are proud to partner with Cavalry Real Estate Partners and the team at Crow Holdings Capital to bring this strategic development to life,” said Ryan Stoll, Partner and Senior Vice President of MYCON. “Mesquite 80 Logistics Center will provide top-tier industrial space designed for efficiency, adaptability, and long-term success for future tenants.”

Located inside the I-635 Loop, along Highway 80, Mesquite 80 Logistics Center is designed to support a variety of logistics, distribution, and manufacturing operations, reinforcing Mesquite’s reputation as a prime industrial hub.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on February 25, 2025, marking the official start of construction. Key stakeholders, project partners, and community representatives gathered to celebrate the beginning of this exciting development.

Construction of the Mesquite 80 Logistics Center is expected to be completed by December 2025.
