Logistics Park Lands Largest Industrial Lease of Year So Far in Dallas-Fort Worth Region

An arm of Post Holdings, maker of Fruity Pebbles, Honey Bunches of Oats and Grape Nuts, appears ready to expand in the Dallas area with a nearly 1.1 million-square-foot distribution hub.

Post Consumer Brands, based in Lakeville, Minnesota, signed a lease this year for the entire Building 1 at Logistix Hub at 1301 Southport Parkway in Wilmer, Texas, a city just south of downtown Dallas, according to CoStar research.
