Rick’s leadership and operational management are integral to achieving the firm’s strategic financial goals and growth objectives in Central Texas. As vice president, he is responsible for overseeing multiple project teams; hiring and retaining employees; establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and sub-consultants; contract negotiations and execution; construction planning and scheduling; the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of projects; quality control; safety; and compliance management. With three decades of experience in commercial construction, Rick has an impressive track record of driving results by bringing together outstanding project teams.
Under his leadership, MYCON’s Central Texas office has grown from seven employees to 55, with projected revenue of $50M for FY2019. Rick is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.« Back to Leadership
